- Acquisition of a ready-made (“off-the-shelf”) company from a list of established companies we are having + obtaining the SRO License – at a cost of approximately 80,000 CHF to 120,000 CHF, which could be transferred to the new owner and also be licensed in 1-2 months.
- Registration of a new company + obtaining the SRO License – at a cost of approximately 80,000 CHF to 120,000 CHF, with a timeframe of between 2-4 months.
