Dear Prospective Clients,
There are three ways of obtaining a Swiss Asset Management Corporation in Switzerland:
- Acquisition of a ready-made (“off-the-shelf”) fully licensed company, which is already established and never traded (“clean company”) – at a cost of approximately 400,000 CHF, which could be transferred to the new owner in 1-2 days (if time is of the essence)
- Acquisition of a ready-made (“off-the-shelf”) company from a list of established companies we are having + obtaining the SRO License – at a cost of approximately 80,000 CHF to 120,000 CHF, which could be transferred to the new owner and also be licensed in 1-2 months.
- Registration of a new company + obtaining the SRO License – at a cost of approximately 80,000 CHF to 120,000 CHF, with a timeframe of between 2-4 months.
Before starting to discuss more the 3 above options we need some more info from you, so please check the following link and have it duly filled-out and returned to us:
After receiving the above we could schedule a Video Conference Call (either via Zoom, What’s Up, Skype, Telegram, or Microsoft Teams) in order to be discussing all in as much detail as possible and also acquaint each other.
